The Case With DSTV

So DSTV decided to increase their subscription fee by 20% for no reason. And I say no reason because we all know ‘to serve you better’ is no reason.
So Nigerians aren’t buying the new HD decoder and money isn’t trooping in like they had envisioned.
Thanks to the two lawyers, Mr. Osasuyi Adebayo and Mr. Oluyinka Oyenui, that stood up to them.
Enough of the exploitation! How many actual foreign channels do we even watch? They are majorly South African channels including the many Mnet channels. There are only very few non South African channelss.
Just for exploitation, they decided to divide Mnet series into 5. And the more we pay, the more the Mnet stations we get to watch.
Why did I comment on BGT 2014 in 2015? Because DSTV decided to show us BGT 2014 in 2015! And now, we are just watching the amazing race season 23 that was aired last year. We are paying extra for stale shows!
The worst part is that they couldn’t even wait for people’s current subscription to actually end. They decided to cut them off.
Why?
Because we don’t have a voice?
Enough is Enough!
I’ve decided to switch and I encourage Nigerians to switch along with me.
